They look a little traditional Lolita style. I think I've heard of this style before, they take bits and pieces of other styles and combin them, some are pretty radical or intense. I looked at the link, I think they are cute

the straight across bangs make some of them look creepy. but the side bangs make it look really cute. so just make sure you pick the right hairstyle to go with the look

Creeeeeeeepy. I don't like how the circle lenses make their eyes look cartoonish. I guess that's the look they're going for though, so more power to them.
