It would be helpful if you described what your hair looks like now.
To get hair like that I suggest going to a good hair stylist (NO SUPER CUTS!) and bringing along the picture of ashton kutcher. Before the stylist cuts your hair, show him/her the picture and say you want your hair to look like that.
Once they have cut your hair and you’ve washed it everyday before you go out, rub some hair gel or wax between your palms and run it downwards and a bit to the right on your hair. That will maintain the look that you want.

Well 1st of all, that whole ashton kutcher look is TOTALLY SEXY! and if your hair isnt the right legnth then yes you should cut it. or just tossle it kinda messy. Thats good too;)

i would say print off that picture and bring it to a salon and tell them that you want your hair that way
