To get hair like that I suggest going to a good hair stylist (NO SUPER CUTS!) and bringing along the picture of ashton kutcher. Before the stylist cuts your hair, show him/her the picture and say you want your hair to look like that. Once they have cut your hair and you've washed it everyday before you go out, rub some hair gel or wax between your palms and run it downwards and a bit to the right on your hair.
