I think it&#039;s great that you&#039;re trying to get your students to recognize and utilize their talents. Bravo to you. We need more teachers like you!

As far as ideas I have... I think it would be great if you contacted your local government/representative to see if the students could paint a city mural in an area that needs a little sprucing up. You might have to go through a lot of chains to do that though.

Another idea is to somehow construct art &quot;out of nothing&quot;. Each student would have to bring in some random objects that are considered &quot;junk&quot; and they all have to make some sort of modern sculpture out of it.

Hopefully you can make some use out of these ideas! Good luck and let me know how the group does. Post pics of their art if you can!
